Inline thumbnails

When you attach files to a task, image files display as inline thumbnails directly in the task view. This gives you a quick visual reference for screenshots, diagrams, and design files without needing to open them. Supported thumbnail formats:
  • PNG, JPG, JPEG, GIF, WebP, SVG, BMP, TIFF

Full-screen preview

Click any attachment thumbnail or file name to open it in a full-screen preview. This works for:
  • Images — displayed at full resolution with zoom support
  • Code and text files — rendered with syntax highlighting where applicable
  • PDFs — viewable directly in the browser

Signed preview URLs

File previews use signed URLs generated on demand. These URLs:
  • Are scoped to your authenticated session
  • Expire after a short time window for security
  • Are generated fresh each time you request a preview
This means files remain private to your workspace even when previewed in the browser.
If a preview URL expires (for example, if you leave a tab open for a long time), simply click the file again to generate a fresh preview link.
